ALMOST HOLIDAYS…
We have a month left before the end of term 2 and although we look forward to the long holidays, there is still a lot of hard work to be done.
EXAM TIME!
Term 2 exams for Grade 4-7 students will be from the 12th to the 20th of June. Please consult the exam time table and ensure that your child
is well prepared.
From the 11th to the 22nd of June, school will end at 12:00 each day and there will not be any extracurricular activities during this time. Please make arrangements with your transport where necessary.
PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
Thank you to all the parents who took the time to visit the school during the Parent/Teacher conferences. Unfortunately we could not schedule all the appointments with your preferred dates but appreciate your cooperation. Due to the number of parents that needed to be seen, we were also unable to schedule conferences for all the learners in intermediate and senior phases (Gr 5 –7). We will be in contact soon to make alternative arrangements.
Say CHEESE!
We have been in contact with a NEW photographer who will take photos of all our students on 4 June 2016. A sample photo and order form 
will be sent home soon after. Parents will have until the end of term (22 June) to place orders and make payment. The cost of the package will be R 60 and will contain an A3 calendar, 6 collage photos, a class photo and a photo key holder. Coffee Mugs and sports bottles will also be available at an extra cost.
SAVE THE DATE
A concert will be held on 15 June at 6pm and all the grade R to grade 3 learners will participate. FOUNDATION PHAS
E Parents are encouraged to attend and purchase tickets at a cost of R10 each. More information will be circulated soon. The funds from this concert will go towards our new school hall. Seating will be limited to you will want to purchase tickets early!
SPORTS DAY
A team from Purdue University hosted our second Sports Day of the year. It was a day filled with fun as usual. The water balloon and “parachute” stations were a HUGE hit with all the children.

SCHOOL FEES
School Fees are due in advance on the 1st of each month. Even though we will only reopen for Term 3 on 23 July, school fees are still due on the 1st of July. The school office will be closed but the admin office will remain open should you wish to make cash or card payments. Late fees will be assessed on the 10th of the month as normal.
