Re-registration Payments and New Student Registration

Reminder! The early re-registration and registration discount ends 31 August! If you would like to take advantage of the discounted fee of R1400 for returning students and R2000 for new students, please bear the deadline in mind. Partial payments will not receive the discount. The fee must be paid in full by 31 August in order to receive the discounted rates.

Registration after 31 August is R1550 for returning students and R2200 for new students.

Closing Dates

Hello parents –  We are closing on the 25 of September to observe Heritage Day and also closing for school holiday on 29 September.

Extra-Curricular Clubs

Dear parents, we just wanted to tell you that if your children are doing good in clubs, keep in mind THEY MUST DO THEIR HOMEWORKS FOR THEM TO REMAIN IN THE CLUB.

Umalusi Status Renewal

JCA is busy renewing the Umalusi status. Please be in prayer for Miss Small and Miss Rumley as they work through this busy process.

Parent Teacher Conference

The parents who missed their conferences can rearrange them by calling the school office at 081 403 2390. Those who missed conferences while Mrs Matjeni was ill, she will be phoning you to discuss your child’s progress or to schedule a new conference time.

CIVVIES DAYS AND TUCK SHOP

Dear Parents and Caretakers,

September has only 3 CIVVIES days and 2 TUCK SHOPS days.

8 September          : civvies and tuck shop

22 September        : civvies and tuck shop

29 September        : civvies but no tuck shop

Note: please do not let your children wear civvies on different days from the above and please make sure they don’t come with money when it’s not tuck shop week.
