Photo orders
We have received all the photos, calendars, mugs etc. from the photographer but unfortunately the incorrect spelling for the school was used. They have apologized for the error and committed to redoing everything and delivering it as soon as possible. We hope to receive it by mid-August at the latest.
Re-registration reminder
As you will be aware, re-registration forms have been sent home with your child. If you are planning on keeping him/her at JCA next year, please complete the form and return to the office as soon as possible. The 2019 re-registration fee is R 1550 but there will be a R 150 discount if paid BEFORE 1 September 2018 (R1400). All re-registration fees paid AFTER 1 October will be treated as a new registration and will be R 2200.
When paying the re-registration fee, please indicate this by adding REG to the front of the reference. Alternatively, please email a copy of the proof of payment to jabulane@boi.org and advise us accordingly.
A new face in Grade 4
We have previously communicated that Mrs Bonthuys is now the new school principal. We look forward to seeing how God will use her in this new role.
Miss Thurtell has been appointed in her stead as the new grade 4 teacher. She is a competent educator with many years of experience in both private and government schools. Please be patient and supportive as she finds her feet at the school and make her feel welcome and part of our JCA family.
Reports
Term 2 reports were sent home on Friday, provided that all July school fees and/or late payment fees have been settled in full.
